With DVD DiscRecorder, users can capture, edit, and save videos in the DVD-VR format or convert these videos to the DVD-Video format for use with DVD-RW or DVD-RAM. DVD-VR (Video Recording) is a widely accepted video recording format often used with hardware devices such as DVD camcorders or set-top DVD recorders. It was created by the DVD Forum to bring the familiar functionality of VCRs to video editing.
