NXPowerLite radically reduces the size of your PowerPoint files by compressing the graphics and embedded objects contained within your presentations. Simply choose your compression level and click on the ‘Optimize’ button. NXPowerLite will automatically search through your presentation, finding ways to optimize the content. NXPowerLite can effortlessly reduce the size of your PowerPoint files by as much as 98% with no discernible loss of quality, making them easier to use, store and share. It’s fully customizable, so you can choose the perfect balance between quality and compression. And your presentations retain the PowerPoint file format and remain fully editable - so they can be opened and edited by anybody with a copy of PowerPoint.

Integrated Edition
The Integrated Edition of NXPowerLite enables you optimize your presentations from within PowerPoint, or by right-clicking them in Windows Explorer. You can also choose to automatically optimize your presentations from within Outlook, before emailing them.

Compatible with PCs running Microsoft Windows (Windows 2000 onwards).

Optimizes Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations created with Office 97 onwards (or any other application that can save to the Word, Excel or PowerPoint file format - such as OpenOffice, StarOffice or Google Docs and Spreadsheets).

Does not require Microsoft Office to be installed. But better compression will be achieved with some Word documents if Word is installed. Optional Microsoft Office integration requires Office 2000 or above.

Although NXPowerLite 3.0 works with Office 2007, it cannot optimize files saved in Office 2007’s new XML file formats (such as PPTX, DOCX and XLSX). These file formats will be supported soon in a free upgrade. Until then, Office 2007 users should save their files in ‘97-2003′ format in order to optimize them with NXPowerLite.
